AEROBURN Polyethylene Burn Sheet

AeroBurn Polyethylene Burn Sheet is a sterile, low‑adherent trauma covering designed for rapid protection of burn injuries in first aid and clinical settings. These polyethylene (PE) sheets create a non‑adherent barrier over the wound to help shield the site from external contamination while minimising trauma during removal. Clear material allows ongoing visual inspection of the affected area, supporting appropriate care decisions during transport and handover.

Low‑Adherent Protection Each sheet is coated on one side with a low‑adherent finish that reduces sticking to delicate, compromised skin. This helps minimise pain and tissue disruption at dressing changes while maintaining a clean interface over the wound surface.

Sterile and Single Use Supplied sterile (ethylene oxide sterilisation) and intended for single use, the sheets support infection prevention protocols in pre‑hospital, workplace, and clinical environments. Tamper‑evident pouch packaging with clear “Peel to Open” instructions promotes fast, aseptic access when seconds matter.

Latex Free and Patient Friendly Construction is latex free to reduce the risk of latex sensitivity. Soft, flexible PE conforms comfortably to body contours on hands, arms, torso, and other curved areas, helping maintain an even protective layer during movement.

Cut‑to‑Size Convenience The sheets can be folded or trimmed to suit different wound geometries and coverage needs. This flexibility helps responders adapt quickly to the injury size while conserving supplies and minimising waste.

Payments using a credit or debit card

Orders can be paid for quickly and easily using a credit/debit card at the checkout page. All major credit/debit cards are accepted.

Payments using a purchase order (PO Number)

Schools and other educational institutions within Australia can place their order using a purchase order at the cart and checkout page. There is no need to request a credit account. The shipping address must match the billing address of the school. A tax invoice will be emailed and a hard copy sent with the order.

Hospitals and clinics within Australia and with approved credit accounts, can place their order using a purchase order at the cart and checkout page. Contact us today to request a credit account if you do not currently have one. The shipping address must match the billing address of the hospital or clinic. Delivery

To get your order to you as fast as possible, orders placed before 12pm (AWST) are fulfilled the same business day and any orders placed after 12pm (AWST) are fulfilled the next business day unless specified above.

Delivery is charged at a flat rate. As of April 2026 delivery costs received a temporary increase to $24.97 (including GST). This is due to the ongoing conflict within the Middle East, and the increased freight costs being charged by couriers. This adjustment is intended to be temporary, and we will continue to monitor the situation closely with the aim of returning to normal pricing as soon as conditions allow.

Typically delivery times are 3-5 business days, however larger/heavier shipments may take a little longer. If you require an urgent delivery please contact us prior to placing your order and we may be able to offer a custom delivery option.  

We utilise multiple couriers, including Australia Post, Star Track, TNT/FedEX, and Fastway/Aramex to provide you with the fastest delivery times.

International Delivery

We can ship internationally, please contact us prior to ordering online as this service will have a custom shipping price for your location.
